You'll play a key role in shaping each resident's day-serving not just meals, but moments of connection.

What You'll Do

Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
Guide guests through the menu, including daily features and offerings
Take accurate orders using the POS system
Deliver food and beverages in a timely, polished manner
Anticipate needs and ensure a seamless dining experience
Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, inviting environment
Maintain dining room cleanliness and presentation standards
Process payments, when applicable
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Assist with side work, including stocking and preparation

What We're Looking For

Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented mindset
Ability to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced setting
A genuine appreciation for working with and serving seniors
Ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 lbs
Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
